By accessing or using the 0xposed website and related services (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The service

0xposed provides documentation, orientation, and structured intake to help people affected by crypto theft and scams understand what happened and consider next steps.

The Service is not legal advice, law enforcement, financial advice, or a fund-recovery service. We do not represent you as an attorney or agent, and we do not guarantee recovery of funds, assets, or any particular outcome.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You agree to provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge and to use the Service only for lawful purposes.

Accounts

Some features may require an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or pose risk to the Service or others.

Submissions and content

You retain ownership of information you submit. You grant 0xposed a limited, non-exclusive license to use, store, and process submissions to operate the Service, including review and follow-up when we choose to do so.

We do not guarantee that every submission will be reviewed, answered, or acted upon. Response times and availability may vary.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading content
• Harass, threaten, or impersonate others
• Upload malware or attempt to disrupt or probe the Service
• Scrape, crawl, or overload the Service without permission
• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable law

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any guidance will lead to a specific result.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 0xposed and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of funds, data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for claims relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) amounts you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100), if you paid nothing.

Third parties

The Service may link to or rely on third-party tools (for example, email or form providers). Those services have their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party content or conduct.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the revised terms.
